One of the first things I ask my clients is 'What is your Healthy'? Everyone has different health and wellness goals and finding out what it is you want for you, is a good place to start. Some of us want to lose weight or sleep better, perhaps reduce stress or just want to wake up in the morning feeling energised or not stiff and in pain. By knowing what it is you want, we can then work together to get you there.
Making changes to your health is a journey, there is no quick fix, and like any journey there will be road blocks and traffic lights that you need to navigate. Having a Health Coach is like having a co-driver with you on your journey, to help you plan a route that works for you, helping you to navigate the obstacles that arise and to offer you practical information and resources to ensure you are fully prepared for the road ahead. Guiding you with proven coaching techniques to discover ingrained habits that might not be serving you and to explore why your mind may not always be on the road ahead!
Most of all you have an ally and a friend to support and encourage you, making the journey much easier than doing it alone.
